About Me
Usually I’m the only designer in the room, so everything I make has to work without me there. That means guidelines rather than one-off files, templates rather than favours, and a brand someone in marketing can still use correctly a year later.
I’ve been designing professionally since 2016, first in El Salvador and now in Metro Vancouver, mostly for small teams with no design department. When there’s one designer, the work runs from the logo to the print vendor to the email template. I’ve come to like that range.
For five years I also ran a 96-office workspace centre in Burnaby, with a small team, 300+ clients, and targets for occupancy and retention that were mine to hit. That changed how I design: I ask what a project needs to achieve before I ask what it should look like.
Based in Coquitlam, BC. I work in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Squarespace, and I care about work that holds up: accessible, print-correct, and still on-brand a year later.
